Jeff @ Tradehome shoes and his team are absolutely outstanding… Jeff gave us personalized attention and willing to understand our feet issues to make best insole and shoe recommendations. Liked it so much , I drove back from Roswell and brought my in-laws for the same experience. They have a wide range of shoes: Hokas, On Clouds, NB and others … and the absolute best insoles Aetrex. They have the coolest technology to measure your feet and support needs. Highly recommend it.

Today we visited Tradehome shoes at Mall of Georgia. The moment we entered the store, we were welcomed nicely by both Larry and Gio. They helped us in trying different styles of shoes and finally we got the best one for us. Also, they explained us the complete process and way to keep the shoes clean. Overall, it was an amazing experience at Tradehome Shoes. We will be back again for the next pair of shoes soon. Thanks Larry and Gio.

My experience today with Jeff was amazing! I came in store today knowing I wanted to leave with a new pair of Hoka's cause I heard so many great things about the brand. He made sure to also bring out other options to try and see which ones work best. Jeff was so attentive and knowledgeable during my visit that I will be returning just because of him. Thank you Jeff for your hard work and consistency throughout my visit. Can't wait to come back!

I highly recommend this shoe store! Every associate that I came in contact with was knowledgeable, patient, kind and very enthusiastic! I had my three kids with me and they included them in the conversation and tried to get to know them. I will be taking my kids there to get their shoes once they stop growing lol! The first time I visited, Jeff recommended On Clouds and I wore my first pair through the ground. Most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. Takes about 2-3 days to break in. Went here with my husband to look for tennis shoes for his work. Chris was extremely helpful. Answered all of our questions and brought multiple types and sizes for him to try on. Good selection of shoes also!

I had never been to a Tradehome Shoes store before, but in using hoka’s website, found the store and saw that it had the widest available selection in all the metro Atlanta stores. I called and spoke with Jackson about the hoka model I was looking for and sure enough they had it. Jackson was delightful and engaging and professional on the phone and I asked him to set the pair aside and I’d see him shortly. When I arrived he immediately called me out as he saw me looking at the model I’d called about. He then proceeded to provide the most fabulous, interactive and engaging customer service I’ve ever experienced. And shortly, the whole team was popping by and making recommendations and suggestions. It was terrific. I got an education, learned more about the Tradehome brand, and enjoyed seeing all the other customers there getting a really attentive amount of service and attention. But Jackson really went the extra mile. I’ve got some wicked neuropathy and proved a little bit of a challenging customer, but he was able to dial it in just perfectly. With a smile and good humor. It’s hard not to like that kind of attention. And it wasn’t like I was buying a car, but he answered all my questions, most before I even asked them. He brought a lot of experience and interest to the moment and I couldn’t have been more grateful or impressed. I’ll certainly be back. And I’ll certainly recommend to others. Good employees are terribly hard to find. Great employees are that much harder to locate and to retain. Jackson has it all. It was my very good fortune to find both your store and Jackson. He is skilled, professional and experienced. All to my good fortune. And I suspect, to the benefit of Tradehome’s brand and your customers alike. He is a keeper. You are lucky as hell to have him. As I said, I’ll be back. Someone please give him a high five from me!

Angel and Jackson were both amazing! Jackson provided outstanding customer service—he helped me get a great discount and recommended the perfect socks to go with my shoes. At first, they didn’t have my size and were about to place an order, but Jackson went to the back to check one more time and actually found my size. I really appreciated the extra effort. They both gave me a fair price, made the whole experience easy, and truly went above and beyond. Amazing service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend this store!

I did brief research and came in the store looking for shoes with ankle support. Jeff immediately recommended the exact shoes I was looking for off the top of his head with no hesitation. He is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me out. He brought multiple suggestions and ended up finding a few pairs that were better than the ones I initially came in for. I highly recommend this store for knowledgeable staff and great service. I'll definitely be back.
